I can't recommend Kate highly enough. I found Kate through a Google search and after interviewing many potential life coaches, Kate stood apart from the rest.
She had a system for guiding you through your journey, and a three month time-frame to make it happen. (Many of the others just wanted to "talk" about your goals and a plan).
